A: Consistent attendance and team commitment. Also recommended to spend anywhere between 2-30hr/week on chess at home.

Q: What software or other tools are required for the team members?
A: For the Elite and A-team members, Chess base (http://shop.chessbase.com/en/categories/chessbase) is required software. For the Intermediate and Beginner team members, there is no required tool at this point.

Q: Is there a maximum number of team members for each team?
A: Yes. Elite team is by invitation only, maximum number of Elite Team members is limited to 12. All other teams are open. We provide a second coach if the number of Team members in the Team is larger than 12.
